The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task entitled: "Construction of a clinical, didactic and research building of the Pomeranian Medical University in Szczecin together with technical infrastructure and land development at Unii Lubelska Street in Szczecin" - in the design and build formula. The subject of the contract includes the redesign of part of the building, along with the change of the function of some of the rooms and the construction of a clinical, didactic and research building with the necessary infrastructure and land development, on the basis of design documentation approved by the contracting authority. The scope of design works and works to be performed and the conditions for their implementation are specified in detail in the Functional and Utility Program (PFU) and the model contract with attachments
