The subject of the contract is the granting and servicing of a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 10,000,000.00 (in words: ten million zlotys 00/100) intended to cover the budget deficit of the Municipality of Mogilno in 2023.

Loan period: 2023 – 2036. Availability of credit: by bank transfer to the bank account of the Municipality of Mogilno. The loan will be released on the basis of the Ordering Party's instruction submitted to the Bank. Grace period in repayment of capital until 31.03.2025 Repayment of capital installments of the loan will be made in quarterly installments. Interest payable quarterly.
