The property was completed in 1833. The previous renovation was completed in 1993. C-wing remodeling was done in 2016, where the kitchen and restaurant were converted into office space. The building is protected from its façade and central interiors (protection class S1). The building is transforming a universally applicable and transformative space for university operations into healthy, safe and appropriate spaces. The offices will include office workstations, meeting and lecture halls and their auxiliary facilities, mainly for office work. The aspect of building protection is taken into account in the design and selection of building technology solutions. The implementation of technical systems aims at improving energy efficiency. The construction is planned to be carried out using a project management contract model. Construction is carried out in phases, with some of the premises in use.
