RECEPTION, TRANSPORT AND DEVELOPMENT OF MUNICIPAL WASTE FROM INHABITED PROPERTIES LOCATED IN THE TERRITORY OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROARS AND THE RECEPTION, TRANSPORT, DEVELOPMENT OF MUNICIPAL WASTE FROM WHEAT IN 2022
4.1. The object of the order is the collection directly from the property, the transportation and development of municipal waste produced by the owners of inhabited property (households) and the collection of transportation and landscaping of waste from the stationary Selective Collection Point Municipal Waste (“PSZOK”) in the area of the Municipality of Ryki in 2022.
4.2. The Contracting Authority pursuant to Article 91 (1) of the Pzp Act allows the submission of partial tenders, broken down into 2 parts
Receiving from real estate, transport and landscaping of municipal waste produced by property owners residing from the Ryki Municipality located within the boundaries of the City of Ryki and PSZOK“Receiving directly from the property, transport and development of municipal waste generated by property owners residing from the Ryki Municipality located within the administrative boundaries of the City of Ryki (Sector I) and receiving transport and landscaping of waste from stationary Selective Communal Waste Collection Point (“PSZOK”)”.
(a) in the basic range is estimated approximately 2210.87 Mg according to the breakdown:
− 1887,68 Mg - the amount of municipal waste that the Ordering Party provides for collection from property owners residing from the area of the Municipality of Ryki located within the administrative limits of the City of Ryki (Sector I) during the period of execution of the contract,
− 323,19 Mg - the amount of municipal waste that the Contracting Authority provides for receipt from the stationary Community Waste Collection Point (“PSZOK”) during the period of execution of the contract,
