the objective of this contract is to carry out a Business Security Watch service dedicated to the Sesam-Vitale EIG, a technological watch on the components of the Sesam-Vitale EIG IS, as well as assistance in responding to security incidents.

The services covered by this contract consist of three main axes:- a business watch in order to: know and monitor external actions that may represent a direct threat to the Sesam-Vitale EIG (for example hacking, dissemination of confidential information, smear campaign of the system and/or the Sesam-Vitale EIG or its representatives) through an Internet monitoring service (Dark and Deep Web included), on mobile application stores, thus ensuring protection of the intellectual property of GIE Sesam-Vitale (pirate mobile applications, usurpation of the registered trademark of GIE Sesam-Vitale ...) ;p make the necessary measures in such circumstances (communication, administrative actions, for example closure of sites, ...) ;D targeted additional studies may be requested from time to time (e.g. Darkweb investigations, ...) - a technological watch: relating to the security of information systems and its components; monitoring SSI news (newsletter); - assistance in responding to security incidents, through: diagnostics, impact analyses, malware analyses. The contract involves the establishment of a framework agreement with purchase orders concluded with a single successful tenderer with no minimum. The maximum order amount over the total duration of the contract is estimated at 500,000 euro(s) (excl. tax).
