General objectives of this call

The client invites tenders for the replacement of today's CUPPS with a current CUPPS system. Installation and operation are carried out by the contractor.

In summary, the following objectives must be achieved:

Comprehensible pricing and stable prices throughout the contract period

 Modular design due to standardized hardware and software

Flexibility in adaptations or changes

Tested platform for all current CUPPS users at the airport

Support structures to implement changes to airline applications at the airport

Professional helpdesk organization, trouble ticket logbook and evaluations

DEMARCATIONS

The following parts are not part of this call for proposals:

 Dedicated CUPPS installations of the airlines in office areas

WAN connections of the airlines

DCS configurations of the airlines

Airline application software
