Agency for Public Management and eGovernment (abbreviated and henceforth referred to as Difi) invites to a tender contest where the objective is to enter into framework agreements involving services for production of various digital learning objects for use in training with mixed types of training.

Difi will considers each digital learning object individually and will possibly enter into a framework agreement for the learning object. Tenderers are allowed to submit tenders for several digital learning objects. Call-off against the framework agreements is dependent on existing requirements in connection with development of Difi's training activities. See annex 1 for further information.
