The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) point 1 of the Law of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as late as “Forests Act”) covering works in the field of logging and resorting and development forest, to be performed in the Starachowice Forest District in the year 2022.
2) The scope of the subject matter of the contract shall include the total quantities of forest development, harvesting and lumber plugs resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of Annexes 3.1 to 3.5.
The in-kind ranges collated in Annexes No 3.1-3.5 are estimated.

The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract formed the basis for the determination of the quality requirements relating to the elements consisting of the object of the contract contained in the Annex No 4 to SWZ (Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works).
