The Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) focuses on Imatra city planning and urban planning and municipal engineering design and consulting services. In addition to the city of Imatra, the services to be procured are also used by its affiliated companies.
The DPS is divided into the following sections when setting up:

- Impact assessment (town planning and town planning)
- Streets and traffic (municipal engineering)
- Water management (municipal engineering design).
More detailed subdivisions are specified in the areas of acquisition.

procurement system for planning and town planning.
The work consists of the following areas:
2a. Zoning plans and changes to the plan
2b. Minor master plan changes
2c. Block plans, visuals and 3D modeling
2d. Other land use plans.

Streets and traffic (municipal engineering design)In section 4, we ask candidates to submit their application for participation in a dynamic application
procurement system for municipal engineering design, streets and traffic.
The work consists of the following areas:
4a. Traffic network reviews, traffic planning, traffic performance reviews
4b. Public transportation, scheduling and route planning
4c. parking Studies
4d. Research and development on sustainable mobility (walking, cycling, public transport, etc.)
4e. Preparation of plans for the construction of streets and other public areas and documents related to the plans (eg job description, list of quantities, cost estimate)
4f. Landscape design for streets and public areas
4g. Design of street and other outdoor lighting
4h. Construction-site services.

Water supply (municipal engineering design)In section 5, we ask candidates to submit their application for participation in a dynamic application

5c. Project management services for construction sites and site supervision
5d. Water supply studies, surface and groundwater surveys, groundwater protection plans, groundwater flow modeling, groundwater monitoring, groundwater supply studies

5f. Planning of water supply networks, pre-planning, general and implementation planning of networks, planning and programs of network renovation, leakage water studies
5g. Design of pumping stations and booster stations, design of network wells
5h. Network modeling and operational optimization, network pressure calculations and functional review
5i. Operation control of water distribution and sewerage networks
5j. Stormwater management studies, stormwater floods and flood risk management studies, planning for organic stormwater management (absorption, delay, wetlands),
development of strategies
5k. Hulevesimallinnukset
5l. Waste management services, biogas surveys, landfill site design, landfill site surveys.
