The object of this contract includes the technical support work to Augas de Galicia in the technical and environmental supervision of technical documentation related to files of requests for new concessions and modifications of essential characteristics of concessions granted, construction and sectoral projects, concession reviews, expropriations and extinctions of hydroelectric uses, as well as the surveillance and control of those that are under construction and in operation.

The works will be developed under the assistance, support and collaboration regime to Augas de Galicia and under the control, monitoring, coordination and supervision of the person responsible for the contract, and will consist of support in carrying out all the necessary technical work in relation to the management of administrative procedures in the field of hydroelectric uses and their adaptation to the requirements of hydrological planning and other regulations.

This contract has the following objectives:

to. Technical, environmental and legal supervision of the documentation related to files of requests for new concessions and modifications of the essential characteristics of concessions granted for hydroelectric exploitation.

b. Technical, environmental and legal supervision of the documentation related to files of construction and sectoral projects of concessions granted for the installation of new hydroelectric uses.

c. Technical, environmental and legal supervision of the documentation related to files of concession reviews, expropriations and extinctions of concessions granted for the installation of hydroelectric exploitations.

d. Technical support and assistance in the surveillance and control of uses under construction with a view to their operation.

and. Technical support and assistance in the surveillance and control of hydroelectric exploitation in operation.
