The object of this procurement procedure is the conclusion of framework agreements without establishing an acceptance obligation to cover procurement requirements of the beneficiaries that cannot yet be planned and specified in detail for the flexible delivery of distribution goods for the beneficiaries.
ekom21 is a corporation under public law and provides modern information and communication services (ICT) of all kinds for its association members.
In addition to Ekom21 and KIV Thuringia, beneficiaries include their association members or shareholders, the districts, cities, municipalities, administrative communities and special-purpose associations in the federal state of Hesse and Thuringia, in each case including their legally independent and dependent institutions and associations and other forms of collaboration.
The subject matter of the tender includes the delivery of a wide variety of standard IT products. This includes computer memory, hard drives, cabling, surge protection, and power solutions, with Ekom21 acting as a middleman. A sample shopping cart with manufacturer specifications - not exhaustive - is described in the tender documents.
When submitting a tender, a list of manufacturers in the form of an electronic list (Microsoft - Excel) must be submitted with the tender, specifying the manufacturers that can generally be obtained from the tenderer.
The respective requirements should be able to be covered by specific individual orders based on the framework agreements. Only brand-new goods may be offered and delivered via supply channels authorized by the respective manufacturers (no re-imported goods, no grey market goods and no RM products [RM-remanufactured]).
It is intended to conclude framework agreements with up to three (3) economic operators.
Over the standard term of the framework agreement (see Section II.2.7) of the announcement), the client estimates a total value of approximately EUR 18,000,000.00 excluding VAT. The estimated total value is based on the experience of recent years, including estimated additional requirements.
