Integrated contract for the assignment of the definitive design, executive and construction of a "Cold Ironing Station of the Port of Ravenna serving the Cruise Terminal of Porto Corsini" on the basis of the technical and economic feasibility project

Realization of the electrical distribution system necessary for the supply from the ground of the ships (cold ironing) for the Cruise Terminal of Porto Corsini in the Port of Ravenna, all as detailed in the Special Tender Specifications and in the other project documents.

Services making up the contract:

- Works € 19,229,194.85 of which: € 18,844,227.33 for body work and € 384,967.52 for security charges not subject to reduction. Main category of works: OG 10 – Plants for high, medium voltage transformation, Class. VIII; Separable categories of works: OG1 – Civil and industrial buildings Class. III; 0S35 – Interventions with low environmental impact Class. IV.

- Amount of supplies € 11.343.255,00.

- Technical design service € 466,129.55 of which € 281,842.98 for final design and € 184,286.57 for executive design;

- CNPAIA social security contributions 4% for design services for € 18,645.18.

- Management and maintenance services € 432,600.00 of which: Maintenance services for € 200,000.00, Safety costs not subject to maintenance reduction € 6,000.00, management service of connection activities to ships for € 220,000.00, security costs not subject to reduction in the management of connection activities to ships for € 6,600.00.

- Optional services for an amount of € 1,730,400.00 of which € 800,000.00 for maintenance services, € 24,000.00 as security costs not subject to maintenance reduction, € 880,000.00 for management service of connection activities to ships, € 26,400.00 as security costs not subject to reduction of the management of connection activities to ships.
