The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2017, item 788, as amended - hereinafter: "the Act on forests") covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection , fire protection, logging and skidding, as well as tourist facilities, seed and tree selection, economy, as well as construction and repair of logging routes in the Brzozów Forest District in 2019.

2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the sum of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, as well as tourist management, seed production and selection of trees, the economy, as well as construction and renovation of skidding routes resulting from Annex 3 to the ToR,

The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2017, item 788, as amended - hereinafter: "the Act on forests") covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection , fire protection, logging and skidding, as well as tourist facilities, seed and tree selection, the economy, as well as construction and renovation of logging routes in the Brzozów Forest District in 2019. The volume of harvesting and logging is 14450 m 3 , Works from Silviculture - late cleaning - 40.76 ha, early cleaning 6.73 ha. soil care 12.52 ha, Forest protection - 1.2 ha, seed production - harvest of 300 kg of cones.

The contracting authority requires employment by a contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract of persons performing activities included in the subject of the contract involving the acquisition and logging of wood raw material, if the performance of these activities involves performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26.6. 1974 - Labor Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 917, as amended).

The contracting authority requires employment by a contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract of persons performing activities included in the subject of the contract involving the acquisition and logging of wood raw material, if the performance of these activities involves performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26.6. 1974 - Labor Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 917, as amended).
