The object of the procurement is intended and suitable for library use in public libraries

material acquisitions as follows:

- Finnish general literature

- audiobooks

- foreign literature - all languages, including audiobooks

- music recordings - domestic and foreign

- other materials - image recordings, computer and console games, sounding materials,

Board games, maps, sheet music

- services related to the materials listed above.

The purchase does not include:

- primary and 2nd grade textbooks

- newspapers and magazines

- electronic materials.

The object of the acquisition is library material acquisitions, including domestic and foreign literature as well as audio and video recordings, maps, sheet music and various games and other similar materials; The procurement also includes services closely related to the materials listed above.

This is a framework agreement for which a maximum of seven (7) suppliers are selected.

The estimated value of the procurement without commitment is approximately EUR 2,000,000 / year. The estimated annual value is based on previously completed similar purchases reported by the subscribers.

The client does not commit to a specific amount or value of procurement, because materials can only be acquired within the limits of separately granted annually appropriations.
