4.4. The object of the order is:
4.4.1. the collection, transport and development of municipal waste created and collected from all properties located within the City of Łuków,
4.4.2. twice during the year of the contract to carry out two actions promoting the collection of large-sized waste and electrical waste,
4.4.3. the organisation and operation of the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (PSZOK) in the area of the City of Łuków, together with the development of collected waste,
4.4.4. collection, transport and management of municipal waste collected in progress and after mass and commemorative events indicated by the contracting authority,
4.4. The object of the order is:
4.4.1. the collection, transport and development of municipal waste created and collected from all properties located within the City of Łuków,
4.4.2. twice during the year of the contract to carry out two actions promoting the collection of large-sized waste and electrical waste,
4.4.3. the organisation and operation of the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (PSZOK) in the area of the City of Łuków, together with the development of collected waste,
4.4.4. collection, transport and management of municipal waste collected in progress and after mass and commemorative events indicated by the contracting authority,
4.4.5. The Contractor, as part of the provision of the service for the collection of municipal waste, will equip the property with bags for the collection of waste selectively collected in the colours specified in the Rules of Maintenance of Cleanness and Order in the City of Łuków (on a “bag” basis) necessary for due the operation of the waste management system.
4.4.6. The Contractor shall be obliged to transfer selectively collected waste and waste from the sorting process in order to clean up selectively collected municipal waste first to installations providing preparation for reuse or recycling.
4.5. The area of the City of Łuków is 35.75 km2 (3575 ha). The population of the city as of 31.12.2020 is 28,555 inhabitants. The city of Łuków is characterized by a negative population gain rate.
4.6. After analyzing each property of the City of Łuków, the estimated number of people residing at 31 December 2020amounted to 25,526 people, of which approximately 48% live in single-family housing, the remaining approximately 52% of residents are in multi-family development.
4.7. Number of real estate:
4.7.1. estimated number of single-family properties residing c. 4,590,
4.7.2. number of multi-family development approx. 172 blocks,
4.7.3. The estimated number of properties on which residents do not reside and municipal waste is c. 880.
4.8. The above data may change as a result of population migration. The number of inhabited properties as well as uninhabited properties may slightly change as a result of the commissioning and residence of new buildings, or depopulation.
4.9. The Contractor shall receive a database from the Contracting Authority within 7 days of signing the contract
in the form of access to the scheme used by the Contracting Authority to operate the municipal waste management system for one position. The database will list properties covered by the municipal waste collection system. The Contractor shall receive once a week from the Contractor all information about changes made by property owners relating to the implementation of the waste collection service (e.g. change in the size of the container, frequency of reception, quantity and capacity of containers, inclusion/ excluding the property into the system). The Contractor shall enter these data into the Contractor System immediately upon receipt of the notification from the Contracting Authority, but not later than 3 working days from the date of submission of the notification by the Contracting Authority and take into account changes in the way the service is implemented within that time frame.
4.10pm. National, provincial, county and municipal roads occur in Łuków Town,
with a total length of approximately 106,640 m.
