this contract concerns:

The interior renovation of empty housing.

The accommodations are vacant during the renovation.

These renovations can be carried out on the entire company park (Auderghem, Watermael Boitsfort and Woluwe Saint-Pierre).

It is impossible to define the number of annual renovations and no minimum number is guaranteed.

This contract is a framework agreement with multiple operators. The works contract will be the subject of separate purchase orders during the total duration of the contract. A maximum of 4 candidate tenderers responding to the terms of the framework agreement will receive a letter of award showing the ranking of operators according to the most economically advantageous tenders, in ascending order.

From this “ranking” of operators, partial orders will be sent by registered mail according to the following modalities:

The framework agreement with multiple operators will be awarded according to the “market share” method based on the minimum market estimate excluding VAT of EUR 2,160,000.00

- Awardee No. 1: Maximum 40% of the market share,

- Awardee No. 2: Maximum 30% market share,

- Awardee N°3: Maximum 20% of the market share,

- Awardee N°4: Maximum 10% market share,

Each bidder must be approved in the class corresponding to the amount of their bid for each order that will be made to them.
