FinnHEMS Lentopalvelut Oy (FinnHEMS Flight Services Ltd), a company organised under the laws of Finland (hereinafter "FinnHEMS", "Customer" or "FHLP") is providing Helicopter Emergency Medical Services (HEMS) at six bases. Currently FinnHEMS operates four H145- and four EC135- helicopters. Operations are expanding and one more HEMS base is scheduled to open October 2022. One more EC135 shall be added to the fleet in year 2022.

FinnHEMS is launching this public tender process to procure Maintenance Information System (hereinafter "MIS" or "System") for continuous airworthiness management. The System shall be provided as a service (SaaS). The System shall be expandable to Part 145 maintenance.

The Customer selects one provider. Selection criteria as stated in the procurement documents.

The procured System shall be supported by the provider for at least ten (10) years.

The Contract signing is estimated in September 2022.
