Rental and technical management of real estate complexes belonging to SCI subsidiaries of the Foncière Logement association.

This consultation concerns two types of missions:

- the administration of goods, complete, of a whole in full ownership: the rental and technical management will be global and will concern both the private parts and the common parts, partial or total;

- the administration of housing assets located in co-owned real estate complexes: rental and technical management will only concern the private portions, as well as the management of relations with the trustee and the representation of the principal.

It concerns the following types of goods:

- new programs under agreement, or free rent, the delivery of which corresponds to the effective date of the mandate, carried out in neighborhoods predominantly in social housing, or in the immediate vicinity;

- existing urban renewal: free rental programs already in service, for which the current management mandate is coming to an end;

- existing real estate development: approved programs already in service for which the current management mandate is coming to an end.

The manager will be the agent of the owner SCIs; he will have to manage the real estate complex in the name and on behalf of the principal, in compliance with the provisions of the law known as the “Hoguet” law of 2.1.1970, and of the texts supplementing or modifying it and also of law n ° 2014 -366 of 24.3.2014 (ALUR).
