The university and Hanseatic city of Greifswald is the district town of the Vorpommern-Greifswald district in the northeast of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. It is located on the river Ryck, which flows into the Baltic Sea on the Greifswalder Bodden between the islands of Rügen and Usedom. In addition, the city of Greifswald is the most important science and business location in the Western Pomerania region. Due to the increasing number of pupils, the Hanseatic City of Greifswald decided to build the school center at Ellernholzteich. The inclusive school center consists of a regional school with elementary school, day-care center and a 2-field sports hall with the corresponding outdoor facilities.

Planning services for a new inclusive school center at Ellernholzteich in Greifswald: planning of thermal insulation and energy balancing; Auditing / coordination of sustainable building.

Building physics - thermal insulation and energy balancing according to building physics HOAI 2013 appendix 1, 1.2.1 (2):

New construction of primary school 1. BA HZ III, minimum rate, according to HOAI, appendix. 1, section 1.2.3, LPH 1-8 new sports hall 1. BA HZ III, minimum rate, according to. The planning and construction of the school center should be carried out taking into account the evaluation criteria according to BNB or DGNB; the projects are to be consistently measured against the corresponding criteria until completion. At least one DGNB gold or one BNB silver standard (DGNB usage profile for educational buildings or BNB system variant for teaching buildings) should be implemented. Required service components are:

- Description of the requirements for planning and execution according to sustainability criteria and development

A target agreement according to the system variant to be used or the usage profile to be used - establishment of a management system that integrates sustainability certification into the construction process,

Including fixing of interfaces, responsibilities, deadlines and processes - Continuous updating of the sustainability assessment as well as coordination and control of the

Verification from implementation planning to completion Assessment status II.2.4) Description of the procurement:

- New sports hall - 1. BA HZ III, minimum rate, according to HOAI, appendix. 1, section 1.2.3, LPH 1-8,

- New regional school - 2. BA HZ III, minimum rate, according HOAI, appendix. 1, section 1.2.3, LPH 1-8.

Auditing / coordination of sustainable building:

The planning and construction of the school center should be carried out taking into account the evaluation criteria according to BNB or DGNB; the projects are to be consistently measured against the corresponding criteria until completion. At least one DGNB gold or one BNB silver standard (DGNB usage profile for educational buildings or BNB system variant for teaching buildings) should be implemented. Required service components are:

- Description of the requirements for planning and execution according to sustainability criteria and elaboration of a target agreement according to the applicable system variant or the applicable usage profile - Development of a management system that integrates sustainability certification into the construction process, including the definition of interfaces, responsibilities, deadlines and processes - Continuous updating the sustainability assessment as well as coordination and control of the verification from implementation planning to completion of the assessment status - preparation of life cycle assessments (LCA) to an appropriate extent, including advice to the technical parties involved,

- Determination of the life cycle costs (LCC) including consideration of variant investigations to an appropriate extent and advice to the technical parties involved - Creation of a component catalog for the presentation and evaluation of all materials used,

- Assistance in the integration of sustainability aspects in LVs in the context of the preparation and implementation of awards - Checking and approval of the building products before installation,

- Carrying out random checks to an appropriate extent to ensure compliance with sustainability requirements during construction work - Compiling all verification documents / documentation and submitting the project documents to the certification body, including processing queries or additional requirements - Organization and carrying out thermal room simulation, airtightness measurements and room air measurements (VOC) for each building .
