Ongoing maintenance of cleanliness of real estate located in Szczecin at ul. Jana Chryzostoma Paska, ul. Parkowa St., ul. Malczewski, ul. Światowida and ul. Jan Kazimierz, owned by Szczeciński TBS Sp. z o. o

The subject of the contract is to perform ongoing cleanliness, including maintaining proper order, sanitary and aesthetic condition of the parts intended for shared use by residents of building properties owned by the Employer and the adjacent external surface located in Szczecin at:

1. street Jana Chryzostoma Paska 2, 2a, 2b, 3, 3a, 3b, 4, ul. Parkowa 49, 49a, 50, 50a, with a usable area of the building: 6 622,74 m 2 ; external area 1 688 m 2 .

2. street Jana Chryzostoma Paska 37, 37a, 37b, ul. Parkowa 56b, 56c, 56d, 56e, 56f, 56g, 58, 58a, 58b, 58c, 5d, 58e and ul. Malczewskiego 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d, usable area of the building: 11,790.02 m 2 ; external area of 4 455 m 2 .

3. street Światowida 91, 92, 93, 94, 95 - with a total usable floor space of premises: 2 583.87 m 2 and external surface: 5,857.70 m 2 .

4. street Jana Kazimierza 18, 18a, 18b, 18c, 18d, 18e, 18f, 19, 19a, 19b, 19c, 19d, 19e - with a total usable floor space of premises: 8,749.23 m 2 and external surface: 13,805.92 m 2 .

The external surface includes, among others, green areas, pavements, gutters (a depression between the street, roadway for vehicles and the sidewalk (its edge) for draining rainwater), on foot traffic, parking spaces for vehicles, playgrounds, designated areas for collection of municipal waste, etc. Graphic attachments are available on the website at: http://www.stbs.pl
