The aim of the contracting authority is to reach framework agreements with specialized entrepreneurs for the supply of playground equipment and fall-absorbing surfaces. The contract is divided into two (2) lots, on the one hand the supply and installation of playground equipment and on the other hand the supply and installation of fall-absorbing surfaces.
Most of the available budgets will be spent on the delivery and installation of playground equipment. A smaller portion will be spent on supplying and installing impact-absorbing surfaces.
The numbers and volumes mentioned in the guide are indicative. The contracting authority does not guarantee the correctness of the numbers and volumes.
Supply and installation of playground equipmentLot 1 concerns the supply and installation of playground equipment, for which use must be made of the entrepreneur to be selected by the contracting party for the fall-absorbing surfaces for lot 2 at the applicable rates. The entrepreneur to be selected is fully responsible for the complete completion of the assignment, i.e. for the delivery and installation of both the playground equipment and the fall-absorbing surface.
Delivery and installation of shock-absorbing surfacesLot 2 concerns the supply and installation of fall-absorbing surfaces, with or without earthworks (cunet), retaining straps and sand. This can be for new playground equipment (as a subcontractor of one of the selected entrepreneurs from lot 1) or for replacement of existing playground equipment.
