The city of Lehrte intends to build a new day-care center with a family center in the south of the city center.

The usable area of the new building is approx. 1150 square meters, the construction costs KG 300 and 400 DIN 276 were estimated at 3.2 million EUR gross in 2020.

In the process, a maximum of 6 offices can initially be found in the competition, which will be presented in an initial negotiation meeting. From these discussions, 3 offices are selected, which work out an appropriately rewarded solution sketch and present it in a second negotiation discussion, from which the best bidder should then emerge.

The subject of the procedure are planning services of the property planning according to § 34 HOAI, LPH 2-8.

The planning includes the construction of a new day care center (2 crèche groups, 3 kindergarten groups) with a family center with a total of approx. 1150 square meters of usable space on the Südring in Lehrte.
