Hillerød Municipality's current framework agreement for ongoing maintenance of the municipality's buildings and properties expires at the end of August 2022. It is therefore necessary to tender for a new contract to ensure that the tendering obligation for the municipality's future procurement of craftsman services is lifted.

Hillerød Municipality therefore wishes to enter into a framework agreement in order to be able to purchase the desired craftsman services quickly and easily. The framework agreement is concluded for a 2-year period with the possibility of extending the framework agreement for a further 2 years

year.

The tender is divided into the following sub-agreements:

Carpentry in connection with interior and exterior operation and maintenance tasks of Hillerød Municipality's current and any future properties, premises and technical facilities. 3 contractors will be assigned to the lot. The contractors are ranked based on the tender evaluation. When assigning tasks, Hillerød Municipality will assign according to the cascade model. Hillerød Municipality first offers the task to the Contractor who is number 1 on the ranking. If Contractor 1 cannot - or does not wish to - perform the task, Hillerød Municipality can offer the task to the Contractor, who is listed as no. 2.

If Contractor 2 cannot - or does not wish to - perform the task, Hillerød Municipality can offer the task to the Contractor, who is listed as no. 3.
