The purpose of this enterprise is the supplies, transport, labor and all means of execution relating to maintenance, troubleshooting, adaptation, extension or renewal of central heating and ventilation in the buildings of the French Community and the SPABS Hainaut located on the territory managed by the Hainaut management of the general directorate of infrastructures within the framework of its mission.

It is a framework agreement divided into 6 lots corresponding to 6 geographic areas defined below. Each lot constitutes a separate framework agreement and is concluded with a maximum of 4 contractors on the basis of the established classification as defined in Volume 2.

Part 1: 3. Contract award criteria. All lots include the same services.

Each order placed as part of a lot constitutes a full and separate public market.

The 6 lots cannot be assumed by a single contractor. Tenderers can only claim the conclusion of a maximum of 2 lots.

The works which are the subject of this framework agreement (therefore of each of the 6 lots) are of 2 types:

- renewal, extension and maintenance work,

- repair work.
