The OBS Marklohe is comprehensively renovated and expanded.
For this purpose, the existing school building of the OBS Marklohe will be built except for the load-bearing
Reinforced concrete skeleton construction dismantled. The interior layout is restructured to accommodate the new
Space program and to meet the current space requirements. The exterior façade is constructed in a timber panel construction.
Essentially, these are:
• approx. 1,650 sqm of wood wool ceilings
• approx. 2,430 sqm plasterboard ceilings
• approx. 1,350 sqm grid ceilings
• approx. 5,000 sqm of GK walls and facing shells with various requirements
• Approx. 1,300 sqm facing shell, timber panel walls, interior façade cladding
• Approx. 160 sqm of cladding with fibre cement panels
• Approx. 250 lm fire protection cladding, steel girders
• approx. 50 lm fire protection cladding, wooden supports/beams
• 2 mobile partitions
• Approx. 110 interior doors made of wood-based materials in drywall
• approx. 75 sqm dry screed
