The purpose of this contract is the provision of the following cleaning services:

The comprehensive cleaning of buildings and premises that will be treated in all areas, elements or objects that are part of them, even if not expressly mentioned, located in the related dependences:Headquarters building of the Provincial Directorate of the General Treasury of Social Security and Administration, Comprehensive Office of the Social Security of Algeciras, Administration 1103 of Jerez de la Frontera, 1104 Administration of El Puerto de Santa María, Comprehensive Social Security Office of Chiclana de la Frontera, URE. of Villamartin and Local Archivo Warehouse in Cádiz.

A) Comprehensive cleaning of buildings and premises that will be treated in all areas, elements or objects that are part of them, even if not expressly mentioned, located in the related units: Building headquarters of the Provincial Directorate of the General Treasury of Social Security and Administration 11/01, located in Avenida Amílcar Barca, nº 5 de Cádiz, Integral Office of the Social Security of Algeciras, located in Carretera Cádiz - Málaga, number 2A (Rotonda el Pandero), Administration 1103 of Jerez de la Frontera, located at Calle Ancha, nº 5. Administration 1104 of El Puerto de Santa María, located in calle Luja, nº 4 — Bajo.Integral Social Security Office of Chiclana de la Frontera, located at calle Hoyo del Membrillo, nº 5 y 7, U.R.E. Villamartin, located at Avenida de Arcos, 69. Local Warehouse-Archivo Provincial, located in Calle Ciudad de San Roque, s/n (Zona Franca) of Cádiz.

B) The supply, maintenance, removal, replacement and correct emptying and sanitation of 24 sanitary containers, located in the related offices.

C) The collection of paper for destruction in 59 ecological containers distributed in the building of the provincial directorate, Administration of El Puerto de Santa María and Administration of Jerez, OISS of Chiclana and Algeciras
