Delivery, lease and maintenance of hot drinks vending machines including ingredients for VISTA college

Due to the different end dates of the current contracts, the hot drinks vending machines in Maastricht and Sittard will be delivered and usable earlier than at the locations in Heerlen. For this reason, VISTA college intends to enter into an agreement for the duration of five (5) years and seven (7) months with two (2) times the possibility of an extension of twelve (12) months. In this way, the machines with the different implementation terms are fully depreciated in the initial contract period. The desired effective date is January 1, 2024.

For the total price of the hot drinks vending machines including ingredients and products, the annual costs are estimated at € 200,000 including VAT. The estimate is based on the costs of the past three years, taking into account price increases.
