The purpose of this consultation is laundry services including the removal, washing, drying, treatment, ironing, folding, packaging and delivery of linen and clothing items from the Marseille Penitentiary Centre and the Maison Centrale d'Arles. It is a framework agreement with purchase orders with minimum and maximum amounts. Pursuant to the provisions of Article L2112-2 of the Public Order Code, the execution of lot No. 1 includes a mandatory insertion clause through economic activity. And lot no. 2 is reserved for economic operators who meet the conditions of Article L. 2113-12 of the Public Order Code and those who meet the conditions of Article L. 2113-13 of the Public Order Code
