The subject of the contract is the supply of drugs, including cytostatics in the field of chemotherapy and drug programs, for the needs of the Center of Pulmonology and Thoracic Surgery in Bystra, in the quantities specified in detail in Annex 2 to the SWZ, under the conditions specified in the draft contract constituting Annex 8 to the SWZ. Offered medicines that are medicinal products within the meaning of the Act of 6 September 2001 Pharmaceutical law has a current marketing authorization within the meaning of the Pharmaceutical Law. The expiry date of the offered products may not be shorter than. 6 months from the date of delivery to the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party shall understand the expiry date as the date specified on the unpacking counted from the date of production. In exceptional situations, the Contracting entity allows the Contractor to deliver products with a validity period of less than 6 months, provided that each time the consent of the authorized representative of the Contracting entity is obtained

Part 1

The subject of the contract is the supply of drugs (Cytostatics), including cytostatics in the field of chemotherapy and drug programs, for the needs of the Center of Pulmonology and Thoracic Surgery in Bystra, in quantities specified in detail in Annex 2 to the SWZ, under the conditions specified in the draft agreement constituting Annex 8 to the SWZ. By delivery of the drug, the ordering party understands the cyclical delivery of the drug during the term of the contract in accordance with the orders placed by the ordering party. The ordering party will make orders for the drug in the form of scheduled orders and so-called orders for "cito" – to the rescue. Scheduled deliveries should be carried out by the contractor up to a maximum of 2 working days (working days are considered days from Monday to Friday, except public holidays) from placing an order by the ordering party, while deliveries for "cito" up to 24 hours. Deliveries to the "cito" should be carried out from Monday to Friday, during the working hours of the hospital pharmacy, i.e. 7:00:14:30, however, after pharmacy working hours, medicines should be delivered to the Department indicated by the Ordering Party.Offered medicines that are medicinal products within the meaning of the Act of 6 September 2001.
