The municipality of Ollioules plans to carry out an urban redevelopment program in the city center, on a pre-established perimeter of studies including:

- Paul Lemoyne Square,

- Malraux Square,

- Estienne d'Orves car park

- and the square of Europe.

This requalification aims to organize a neighborhood mixing housing, tertiary, shops, but also public spaces and cultural facilities (cinema, toy library / media library, multifunctional exhibition halls ...), while maintaining a parking offer important and adapted. The overall estimate of the operation is estimated at EUR 28,375,000 excluding taxes for the realization of all planned equipment excluding housing construction.
