The scope of the object of the contract includes the installation of solar collector installation equipment in the Dąbie Municipality in the number 137 and the execution of technical documentation for each of the locations indicated in the PFU.

1. The scope of the object of the order shall include:

(a) the installation of solar collector installation equipment in the territory of Dąbie Municipality in the number 137.

(b) the execution of technical documentation for each of the locations indicated in the PFU. Complete technical documentation must be agreed with the Contracting Authority, and with the inhabitants it is necessary to agree the course of the supply system. Complete documentation will include a land use plan, technical drawings and a description of the planned method of execution of the work, together with calculations confirming that the roof structure is sufficient for the transfer of additional load.

(c) transfer to the Contracting Authority upon receipt of each installation in its location a post-construction documentation of the installation containing all lawful aspects. In addition, the post-built documentation should be carried out:

test and test protocol with positive result, including the installation tightness protocol;

the estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions (per unit — tonnes of CO2/year equivalent) for the plant concerned;

additional capacity of thermal energy generation from renewable sources

(in unit — MWt) for the given installation. This indicator refers to the power of installed thermal energy of solar collector installation equipment — the rated power at which the device is working properly

and according to the standards or recommendations of the manufacturer;

production of thermal energy from a newly constructed RES plant (in MWht/year) for the plant concerned. This indicator relates to the amount of thermal energy generated from the installed RES device within 12 months.

(d) to develop within 7 days of the signing of the contract a detailed timetable in kind — financial execution of the contract and, if necessary, update it.
