The object of the order is to arrange and carry out training and activation cycles for persons embedded in penitentiary units of the Bydgoszcz County Correctional Service. A detailed description of the object of the order is Annex 1 to the SWZ.

1) Number of courses: 2 editions.

2) Number of people to be trained in one edition: 12 people.

3) duration of one edition of the training and activation cycle: 127 teaching hours (1 teaching hour = 45 minutes), including:

— Module 1: vocational course:

(a) theoretical classes — 22 hours (4 hours of health care, 6 hours of pre-medical first aid, 12 hours of professional course);

(b) practical classes — 85 hours,

— Module 2: Professional Activation Course:

(a) theoretical classes — 5 hours;

(b) practical classes — 15 hours.

4) place of holding classes:

— Edition I — in the area of the Investigative Arrest in Bydgoszcz (Wały Jagiellońskie Street 4, 85-131 Bydgoszcz) or in a place indicated by the director of the unit,

— Edition II — in the area of the Penal Plant in Bydgoszczy-Fordon (Market 8 street, 85-790 Bydgoszcz) or in the place indicated by the director of the unit.

5) The percentage of consumable materials and tools that the Contractor should provide for the implementation of the practical part of the classes: a minimum of 18%.

6. The course should end with a State examination in order to obtain the relevant qualification certificates; the duration of the examination shall not be included in the general course time.

1) Number of courses: 3 editions.

2) Number of people to be trained in one edition: 12 people.

3) duration of one edition of the training and activation cycle: 120 teaching hours (1 teaching hour = 45 minutes), including:

— Module 1: vocational course:

(a) theoretical classes — 25 hours (4 hours of health care, 6 hours of pre-medical first aid, 15 hours of professional course);

(b) practical classes — 75 hours,

— Module 2: Professional Activation Course:

(a) theoretical classes — 5 hours;

(b) practical classes — 15 hours.

4) place of holding classes:

— Edition I — in the area of the Criminal Plant no. 2 in Grudziądz (Sikorskiego Street 13/17, 86-300 Grudziądz) or in the place indicated by the director of the unit,

— Edition II — in the area of the Inowrocław Penal Department (Narutowicza 46 Street, 88-100 Inowrocław) or in a place indicated by the director of the unit,

— Edition III — in the area of the Potulas Penal Plant (al. Parkowa 1, 89-120 Potulice) or in the place indicated by the director of the unit.

5) The percentage of consumable materials and tools that the Contractor should provide for the implementation of the practical part of the classes: minimum 35%.

1) Number of courses: 3 editions.

2) Number of people to be trained in one edition: 12 people.

3) duration of one edition of the training and activation cycle: 120 teaching hours (1 teaching hour = 45 minutes), including:

— Module 1: vocational course:

(a) theoretical classes — 28 hours (4 hours of health care, 6 hours of pre-medical first aid, 18 hours of professional course);

(b) practical classes — 72 hours,

— Module 2: Professional Activation Course:

(a) theoretical classes — 5 hours;

(b) practical classes — 15 hours.

4) place of holding classes:

— Edition I — in the area of the Koronowo Criminal Institution (Bydgoska Street 27, 86-010 Koronowo) or in the place indicated by the director of the unit,

— Edition II — in the area of the Włocławek Penal Plant (Bartnicka 10 Street, 87-809 Włocławek) or in a place indicated by the director of the unit,

— Edition III — in the area of the Karny Plant in Włocławek (Bartnicka 10 Street, 87-809 Włocławek) or in the place indicated by the director of the unit.

5) the percentage of consumable materials and tools that the Contractor should provide for the implementation of the practical part of the classes: minimum 32%.

3) duration of one edition of the training and activation cycle: 132 teaching hours (1 teaching hour = 45 minutes), including:

— Module 1: vocational course:

(a) theoretical classes — 22 hours (4 hours of health care, 6 hours of pre-medical first aid, 12 hours of professional course);

(b) practical classes — 90 hours,

— Module 2: Professional Activation Course:

(a) theoretical classes — 5 hours;

(b) practical classes — 15 hours.

4) place of holding classes:

— Edition I — in the area of the Criminal Plant no. 1 in Grudziądz (J. Wybicki Street 10/22, 86-300 Grudziądz) or in the place indicated by the director of the unit,

— Edition II — in the area of the Coronowo Penal Plant (Bydgoska Street 27, 86-010 Koronowo) or in the place indicated by the director of the unit.

5) the percentage of consumable materials and tools that the Contractor should provide for the implementation of the practical part of the classes: minimum 32%.

2) Number of people to be trained in one edition: 12 people.

3) duration of one edition of the training and activation cycle: 120 teaching hours (1 teaching hour = 45 minutes), including:

— Module 1: vocational course:

(a) Theoretical classes — 34 hours (4 hours of health care, 6 hours of pre-medical first aid, 8 hours of professional course, 16 hours in small accounting and computer service);

(b) practical classes — 66 hours,

— Module 2: Professional Activation Course:

(a) theoretical classes — 5 hours;

(b) practical classes — 15 hours.

(a) theoretical classes — 5 hours;

(b) practical classes — 15 hours.

4) Place of holding classes: in the area of the Potulas Correctional Facility (al. Parkowa 1, 89-120 Potulice) or in the place indicated by the director of the unit.
