3.1. The subject of the order is:
1) Provision of services:
a) service inspections,
b) repairs,
c) vulcanization services,
d) replacement of tires and entire wheels with balancing,
e) technical research,
f) air-conditioning service,
2) purchase of spare parts, operating fluids and car accessories,
3) purchase of tires
for vehicles being part of the Regional Branch in Szczecin and the Branch Offices of the National Center for Agricultural Support.
3.2. The list of vehicles has been specified in detail in Annex 5 to the ToR.
3.3. Detailed conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract are set out in Chapter 3 of the ToR and Essential Provisions of the Agreement constituting Annex No. 4 to the Terms of Reference.
3.1. The subject of the order is:

3.2. The list of vehicles has been specified in detail in Annex 5 to the ToR.
3.3. Detailed conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract have been specified in the Essential Provisions of the Agreement constituting Annexe No. 4 to the Terms of Reference.
3.4. The Contractor for the services rendered and for the delivered and assembled parts will provide the Employer with a guarantee for a minimum period of 12 months.
3.5. As part of ongoing mechanical, electrical, body and painting repairs, tire service, the Contractor will be required to:
1) determine the components to be replaced,
2) inform the Ordering party about the costs of repair,
3) remove the damage,
4) start the vehicle and check the correctness of work,
5) make any adjustments.
3.6. As part of periodic and technical inspections, the Contractor shall perform:
1) all activities specified in the vehicle's service documentation,
2) check the components that determine the safe operation of the vehicle,
3) inform the client about irregularities,
4) perform corrective actions resulting from the review with the consent of the Customer,
5) in the event that during the performance of the inspection or repair there is a need for additional repairs or replacements, the Contractor shall inform the Ordering Party. After agreement, only repairs will be carried out with the consent of the Ordering Party.
3.7. The Contractor must have tools and devices to ensure comprehensive performance of the service, i.e .:
1) mechanical repairs,
2) electrical repairs, including warning light repairs,
3) sheet metal repairs,
4) computer diagnostics of the engine, electronic systems,
5) air conditioning service,
6) painting works,
7) tire service,
8) a vehicle inspection station with all necessary test authorizations, located no more than 30 km from the Employer's office (the Contractor will be required to submit together with the offer a list of vehicle inspection stations where inspections will be carried out in accordance with Annex 6 to the ToR),
9) the repair plant can not be located further than 30 km from the seat of the Ordering Party (the Contractor will be required to submit with the offer a list of repair shops where car service will be carried out in accordance with Annex 7 to the ToR). The distance will be determined based on maps.google.pl on public roads respectively from the headquarters of KOWR OT Szczecin, ul. Matejki 6B.
