The subject of the contract is: Collection and transport of municipal waste from the Town and Municipality of Płoty in 2024/2025 in the period from 01.04.2024 to 30.06.2025.
The subject of the Order is:
1. collection and transport of municipal waste from properties where residents live, within the administrative borders of the Płoty Municipality in the period from 01.04.2024 to 30.06.2025. The contractor will deliver the collected waste to the Regional Waste Management Plant in Słajsin, Nowogard commune. Fees for the collected waste for the benefit of the Regional Waste Management Plant in Słajsin, Nowogard municipality will be borne by the Contracting Authority.
2. Service of the Municipal Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK). The tasks of the municipal PSZOK service will include controlling waste in terms of its type, origin and correctness of selection.
3. collection and transport of waste from properties inhabited in the city and municipality of Płoty,
4. collection and transport of waste collected at the Municipal Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK).
5. Waste shall be collected and transported separately for each separately collected waste fraction so that the waste is not mixed during transport.
6. distribution by the Contractor of bags for collecting municipal waste purchased by the Contracting Authority.
7. The Contractor shall establish a Customer Service Point in Płoty. The tasks of the Customer Service Point will include, in particular: handing out bags for waste segregation; recording and settling the bags issued, in the case of introducing a paid distribution of bags, collecting fees, issuing sales documents, transferring the collected fees to the bank account of the municipality of Płoty and settling the bags issued and fees collected; issuing waste collection schedules; informing about the method of waste segregation; receiving reports of irregularities regarding waste collection,
