The consultation concerns the supply and delivery of fruit and vegetables from 1 re , 4 e and 5 e ranges for grouping of departmental orders. This group brings together the kitchens of Colleges of Val-de-Marne around the departmental council which coordinates it. The Department of Val-de-Marne is the coordinator of this group of orders at the contract award stage and each member of the group at the stage of execution of the contracts concerned. The 54 member colleges are made up of: 49 production kitchens and five central production units: Paul Klee in Thiais, Ronsard in Saint-Maur, Francine Fromond in Fresnes, Paul Vaillant Couturier in Champigny-sur-Marne and Janusz Korczak in Limeil -Brévannes. These central units serve 35 satellites.
