the
purpose of the draft framework agreement is to maintain and acquire equipment relating to non-destructive testing, and associated services.
The perimeter of the framework agreement covers a set of equipment operated by the 3 armies and the Siaé. These equipment are divided into 10 specific families and deployed in metropolitan France, overseas France and OPEX. This is, as an indication:
-Oil spectrometric analysis
-particle counting
-leak check
-eddy current
-Endoscopy
-MTR
-X-ray
-PT
- Thermography
-Ultrasound
The services covered by the framework agreement cover all the activities necessary to maintain the availability of non-destructive testing equipment. As an indication, these services are:
-Technical and logistical support;
-Management and quality assurance of supplies;
-Supply of NSO consumables;
-NSO use and maintenance training for consumables;
-Acquisition of materials;
-Equipment rental with or without option to purchase;
-Repair and overhaul packages;
-Diagnostics;
-Preventive, corrective and curative maintenance on site or in the factory.
this draft framework agreement is single-awarded and is subject to the procedure with negotiation in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 2324-1, L. 2324-3, R. 2324-1, R. 2324-3, R. 2361-1, R. 2361-8 to R. 2361-12 of the Public Order Code (Ccp).
Pursuant to Articles R. 2362-1 to R. 2362-8 of the SPC, it is a framework agreement for subsequent contracts and purchase orders. Subsequent contracts will include both lump-sum services and other services that may be ordered by purchase orders pursuant to Article R. 2362-8 of the SPC.
