The procurement includes urine chemical sieve controls used in HUSLAB and ISLAB units for internal quality control of full-automatic, semi-automatic and single-strip strip reading devices and visual lecture, at least for the following analytes: U -Leuk-O, U -Hb-O, U -Nitr-O, U -Gluk-O, U -Keto-O, U -Prot-O, U -pH, U -Relationship, U -UBG-O, U -Bil-O. The annual consumption estimate is about 1800 tubes (both levels) in a single calendar year.
This is a joint acquisition involving HUSLAB and ISLAB. The products requested in this tender shall be used by ISLAB units as well as HUSLAB's own units, HUSLAB's Scroll Testing Unit customers and so-called PRELI offices in Uudella, Kymenlaakso and South Karelia. There are approximately 160 locations for use of products in total. The supplier delivers the ordered products directly to the locations that appear on the product order.
The Subscriber will select one (1) supplier with whom it will contract.
The contract period for the acquisition is a fixed term of three (3) years, after which the contract continues until further in force. The contract period begins once both sides have signed an agreement.
The estimated start date of the contract period is 1/2022. However, the contract is to be signed as soon as possible after the acquisition decisions become legal. The first contracted product delivery is estimated at 2/2022.
The test price offered must include test reagents, controls, operational training, delivery costs and product support required to conduct the test.
