The Società della Salute Empolese Valdarno Valdelsa (Via dei Cappuccini n. 79 – 50053 Empoli – FI) – Profile of the Customer www.sdsempolesevaldarnovaldelsa.it), hereinafter also the Contracting Station, in execution of the determination of the Administrative Manager n. 1 of 04/01/2023 announces an open procedure below the threshold pursuant to art. 60 of Legislative Decree no. 50 of 18 April 2016, for the identification of an implementing subject for the THREE-YEAR ASSIGNMENT OF HOUSING SERVICES FOR THE CONTRAST OF HOUSING DEPRIVATION AND THE SATISFACTION OF HOUSING NEEDS OF THE WEAKEST SECTIONS OF THE POPULATION – PERIOD 01.05.2023-30.04.2026 CIG [9583364A25] according to the procedures established in this Specification and in the Special Tender Specifications
The Società della Salute Empolese Valdarno Valdelsa aims, through the use of the services of competence of the Social Agencies for the home, to support and strengthen the following activities in the area:
a) finding housing on the free market through mediation and guarantee activities to the owners;
b) provision of housing, not related to the public housing stock, for emergency forms of reception;
c) provision of housing in favor of households and individuals who are unable independently, due to economic conditions, even temporary, or for other reasons, to meet the need for a house adequate to their housing needs;
d) recovery of housing in ownership for the purpose of their full functionality, and housing available for any reason, subject to agreement with the owner;
e) social, cultural and linguistic support and mediation, for the finding of housing and for their management, also autonomously by the interested parties;
f) carrying out, on an ongoing basis, information and orientation activities for users;
g) carrying out guarantee activities towards the owners of the brokered housing for any states of insolvency dictated by ascertained economic difficulties, as well as for any damage to buildings, without prejudice to the obligation to retaliate against the responsible parties;
(h) temporary financial support to households or individuals for access to or maintenance of housing.
The social agency for housing, through its experiential know-how, must therefore, through a detailed and accurate analysis of the social fabric of the territory of reference, develop a social housing project that is articulated to implement the purposes listed above.
