The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from all inhabited real estate, from the point of selective municipal waste collection and public utility real estate from the area of the Pniewy commune in the period from July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021:

- Part 1: Collection and management of municipal waste from all residential real estate and from the point of separate municipal waste collection,

- part 2: Collection and management of municipal waste from public real estate from the area of the Pniewy commune.

The collection and management of municipal waste should take place in a manner that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and the reduction of the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019).
