The subject shall be the supply, delivery, after-sales service and supply chain management of the following supplies to Sierra Leone:

— Balance of system solar electricity equipment;

— Pico solar electricity products.

The materials tendered were part of a previous tender (2014/S 183-322640 Lots 4 and 6). The tender procedure for these 2 lots has been unsuccessful, as no qualitatively worthwhile offer has been received. Therefore slight technical changes have been made which are now back to open market.
