The subject of the contract are construction works consisting in the renovation and construction of municipal roads (basic scope and optional scope), i.e.: 1) Renovation of Poznańska Street in Zielona Góra; 2) Renovation of Zawada - Szkolna Street in Zielona Góra; 3) Renovation of Zawada – Poznańska Street in Zielona Góra (covered by the option right referred to in point 3.5 of the SWZ); 4) Construction of Karminowa Street in Zielona Góra (stage II); 5) Construction of Kremowa Street in Zielona Góra; 6) Construction of Oliwkowa Street in Zielona Góra. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex I.2 to the SWZ and in the documents referred to in point 3.4.

for the Contractor, and only have the purpose of determining the technology of execution of works. In order to make a full valuation of works, each Contractor is obliged to read the documentation before submitting the offer

design, STWiOR and the provisions of this SWZ. 5. The Contractor shall provide a guarantee for the executed subject of the contract for the works covered by the contract for a period of min. 36 months and warranty for defects in works for a period exceeding

warranty of 6 months. Note: The additional guarantee for works (warranty extension period) is subject to scoring in accordance with the tender evaluation criteria set out in point 31.2. SWZ.
