The purpose of the article is to:

project management contract for the rehabilitation of the 10 Arpents residence in Eragny-sur-Oise (95,660)

The project consists of a rehabilitation of 204 collective housing units in an occupied and asbestos-free environment divided into 9 buildings comprising 23 entrance halls in R+3.

- Thermal restoration

- Replacement of joinery and shading

- Replacement of the Vmc

- Treatment of the firefighter access problem

The project manager will be entrusted with a basic mission under Article R2431-4 of the Public Procurement Code: Aps, Apd, Pro, Act (assistance in the award of works contracts) including the preparation of the Dce, Visa, Det and Aor and the complementary Dia and Opc missions.
