1. The subject of the contract should be delivered to the ordering party on the initial expiry date or the date of minimum durability.

2. The subject of the contract, as well as the method of its transport, should meet the requirements listed in the applicable national and EU regulations on the production and marketing of food.

Successive delivery of poultry meat, poultry offal:

Turkey hearts – fresh, dark red in color, smell characteristic of offal meats, fat hypertrophy – slight, devoid of pericardium and blood vessel trunks. The product is chilled, not frozen. Minimum shelf life from the day of delivery: 2 days

Fresh poultry gizzards – Appearance: muscular stomach cleaned of food content and devoid of keratinous epithelium, with the glandular stomach and duodenum cut off at the muscle, fat removed; a slight damage to the gastric muscle and the residue of connective tissue and a small amount of adipose tissue are allowed; wet surface with a natural sheen; Slight drying and slight leakage in the packaging are allowed. Natural colour, light red to dark red on the cross-section of the muscles, unacceptable greenish, inner surface covered with light beige mucosa. Natural odour, characteristic, unacceptable odour indicative of staleness or other foreign odour. Minimum shelf life from the day of delivery: 2 days

smell – specific, characteristic of fresh poultry meat, without signs of scalding and beginning spoilage, unacceptable foreign smell.

Shelf life - the shelf life declared by the manufacturer should be no less than 4 days from the date of delivery to the recipient's warehouse.

Boneless pork neck, fresh chilled meat - the main element of pork, cut from the cervical section of the half-carcass along the line of cuts: from the front – along the line of separation of the head, from the back – along the line of separation of the loin, from the top – along the line of division of the carcass, from the bottom – along the bodies of the cervical vertebrae and further cutting the ribs parallel to the thoracic vertebrae, completely boned and deprived of a narrow tendon muscle on the upper side and a hard muscle on the side of the first cervical vertebra; bacon completely cut off. Composition: the main muscles of the neck and part of the muscle of the longest dorsi. Goulash pork meat (class II) - whole meat scraps (cubes or strips) without external fat, without tendons and connective tissue, unacceptable meat from heads, tails, legs, ribs, slices of bacon, groin and other pork offal. Meat colour: pale pink to dark red, congestion – unacceptable, lymph nodes – unacceptable, fat colour: white with yellow or cream tint, no chemical contamination, no signs of mould, no microbiological contamination and pathogenic bacteria. The surface is clean, without bone filings and congestion. Fresh, non-frozen meat. Minimum shelf life from the day of delivery: 4 days
