Delivery and introduction of a patient portal with the areas of digital admission, digital treatment, digital discharge and transition management

ANregiomed is an association of the Ansbach, Dinkelsbühl, Rothenburg and Feuchtwangen clinics and a joint municipal company of the city of Ansbach and the district of Ansbach.

A total of 655 planned beds are available for the treatment of acute inpatients. Around 2,500 employees work in the main departments and the inpatient departments to treat 28,077 acute inpatients and 44,280 outpatients annually.

The subject of the procedure is the delivery and introduction of a patient portal with the areas of digital admission, digital treatment, digital discharge and transition management within the meaning of sections 4.2.3.1, 4.3.2.2 and 4.3.2.3 of the Guideline for the Promotion of Projects for the Digitization of Processes and Structures in the Course of a Hospital Stay of Patients according to § 21 paragraph 2 KHSFV in all facilities of the client.

- Achieving the operational readiness of the entire system in the overall network of the customer through installation, installation, customizing and integration of all

System components including connection/integration KIS/KAS of the client on the basis of international standards within the framework of a SaaS concept

- Connection / integration of the relevant subsystems based on international and interoperable standards

- Implementation of the listed project management services

- Implementation of the listed training courses

- Creation and updating of the required documentation

- Provision of system services for the entire system

A project-specific EVB IT system contract is concluded for procurement. The corresponding draft contract shall be attached to the tender documents for the initial tender and may be made the subject of the procurement negotiations by the contracting authority.
