The subject of the contract includes the execution of Stage II of the construction of the Primary School with kindergarten classes in Szczęsne at 56 Orla Street, Grodzisk Mazowiecki commune. Stage II is a continuation of the investment intention carried out under Stage I, completed in March 2022 as part of the tender procedure no. ZP.271.40.2020. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 6 to the SWZ – Detailed Description of the subject of the contract and design documentation, constituting respectively Annex 13 and 13a to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract includes, among others:

a) construction of a school building with a gymnasium as part of stage II

b) construction of land development including, among others, access roads, parking lots, communication routes, sports fields, playground, green areas.

c) Execution of drainage devices for the building – drainage of the building and area. Note: The contracting authority requires that the works related to the construction of the drainage be carried out at the initial stage of construction. In particular, due to the possible high level of groundwater and the occurrence of a drainage system in the area covered by the investment made as part of the drainage system – not inventoried on maps. An illustrative location of the occurrence of the existing drainage system is presented in the report on research using GPR, made in September 2022, by Radosław Mieszkowski RM TERRA.

d) Drainage works necessary in order to, for example, perform underground utilities, foundation of the building.

e) delivery and installation of sports equipment and bathroom accessories (the scope of the contract excludes deliveries: Kindergarten furniture, School furniture, Wardrobe cabinets, Counters)

f) marking and securing the construction site for the duration of the works,

g) geodetic service, preparation of complete as-built documentation, including as-built inventory,

h) preparation of instructions for operation, operation and maintenance of installations, machines and devices, as well as user training in this respect within the time agreed with the Ordering Party,

i) performance of energy performance,

j) execution of fire safety instructions,

k) arranging the construction site and the area in the area of the works,

l) securing and supervising the completed facility until it is handed over to the user.
