Agency for marketing and communication services for Rhineland-Palatinate Tourism GmbH

Rhineland-Palatinate Tourism GmbH (RPT) is the tourist management and marketing organization for the state of Rhineland-Palatinate. The tourism strategy 2025 determines the tourist destination in Rhineland-Palatinate. As a partner of the tourism strategy 2025, RPT takes on important tasks for tourism development in the country and is the interface between tourism policy and tourism industry.

RPT also organizes and coordinates strategic business segment development, connects the necessary partners in the country and thus creates the basis for all tourism in Rhineland-Palatinate. The consistent focus on value creation and orientation to the customer's perspective ensures economically successful and high-quality tourism development in Rhineland-Palatinate.

By developing strategy papers and checklists, service providers and locations receive practical implementation aids for fulfilling their tasks. With the help of strategic marketing planning, RPT takes on coordination and bundling functions for domestic and foreign marketing, sales, digital marketing and data management, market research and tourist press relations.

For the creation, conception, planning and implementation of the annual tourism campaigns as well as other marketing and communication measures in the B2C and B2B sectors, RPT is looking for an accompanying agency at the earliest possible point in time. It is important to consider the requirements for the state of Rhineland-Palatinate's business location brand, the content manual Rhineland-Palatinate as well as the specifications for the defined target groups, business segments and source markets and implement them accordingly.

The following services are the subject of the contract and should be provided by the agency after the contract has been awarded:

Campaigns area

— Strategic campaign planning, consulting and conceptual development of RPT's cross-topic and target group annual campaigns for 2022 ff (brand and target group compliant),

— creation of the campaign design taking into account the requirements for the Rhineland-Palatinate business location brand (multilingual in D, EN, NL, FR),

— Creation and implementation of marketing and action plans (including media planning) including digital and classic media (mediamix) as well as RPT channels,

— creation of bookable participation opportunities in individual measures for potential partners from regions, cities, cities, etc.,

— Handling the entire purchase of media services (including handling, negotiation, budget management and billing),

- Ongoing reporting as well as evaluation and, if necessary, adjustment of the measures implemented,

— Accompanying 1-2 workshops with RPT and regions to define the annual campaign topics 2023-2025 (Nov. 2022),

— planning and implementation of a highlight campaign 2022 to acquire new customers,

— Evaluation and overall evaluation (including final reports).

Digital Marketing Division

— planning and implementation of online marketing measures (search, display, remarketing, programmatic/native advertising, etc.),

— social media marketing,

— Content collaborations.

Classic Marketing Division

— Implementation of prince ads and advertorials, print media (e.g. flyers, brochures) as well as out of home including design/layout, text, image editing,

— if necessary, design of presentation media such as roll ups, display wall, beach flags,

— B2B: creation of info media, flyers, infographics, factsheets, if necessary.

Content area

— content creation in the areas of text, image, video, audio.
