Upgrading of technical galleries in the Masséna sector: civil engineering, sanitation, metalwork and locksmith services.

The services for lot 1 include:

- work to treat water retention by using light concrete on the foundation raft,

- pumping works for draining rainwater and stagnant water,

- collection of infiltration water inside the galleries and connection to the existing rainwater network of the galleries,

- repair and restoration of existing collection networks,

- minor civil engineering and masonry work.

The benefits of lot 2 include:

- access and circulation metalwork inside the galleries, new metalwork for repair work,

- verification of the opening of the access doors and updating of the status of certain doors after a diagnosis,

- various works of location of streets, structures, and configuration of galleries.
