The RSA recently published a Contract Notice seeking tenders for the provision of Contract Management and Related Services.

Having concluded the evaluation, the RSA has awarded a contract as further detailed in this Contract Award Notice

The objective of this Competition is to award a contract to an organisation that can support the RSA in the management of its strategic contracts (including their procurement and project management) while transferring contract management knowledge, skills, and methodologies to the RSA staff.

The contracts that the RSA will need such support with include but are not limited to:

• Technical Inspection Services Provider (“TISP”),

• Commercial Vehicle Information System (“CoVIS”),

• Commercial Vehicle Roadworthiness Testing (“CVRT”) Training Service Provider

The RSA may require additional support services including but not limited to:

• Assistance in drafting contract management policies, procedures, processes, and their rollout in the RSA.

• Conducting strategic review and options analysis for Driver Licensing service delivery.
