Go-Ahead Group requires network connectivity services for a 5-year contract term. At a minimum the services required are as follows:

— WAN connectivity to all specified sites (approx. 700 sites with a large concentration in the South and East Midlands), with resilience for critical sites;

— Resilient managed Internet access for all sites (provided centrally across the WAN);

— Suitable customer premises equipment (CPE) to interface the WAN service to local-area networks (LANs) on each site;

— Support, maintenance and configuration services for all components of the solution, including network security and protection services;

— Integration with monitoring and service desk services operated by Go-Ahead Group;

— Comprehensive project management services for migration planning, implementation and solution execution;

— Effective account management and performance reporting (as specified by Go-Ahead Group) for the solution during the life of the contract.
