For the city drainage Kaiserlautern Institute under public law (STE KL aöR), a system decision for an operational management system (FSO) is to be made.

The aim of this project is to digitize the processes in operation based on a BFS for the realization of mobile order management and thus avoid existing media disruptions. The underlying IT systems are to be integrated and there is the possibility of successive expansion as a central system for further tasks (e.g. asset management, task planning, resource management, materials management, fee accounting). With the introduction of a BFS, STE KL AöR is also pursuing the goal of centrally managing all relevant equipment and master data in this system.
